Free virtual American Sign Language Classes (ASL)
Iowa School for the Deaf (ISD) offers free virtual ASL classes for family members of a deaf or hard of hearing child in Iowa or professionals who work with a deaf or hard of hearing student in an Iowa educational setting.
These courses are offered in four minimesters of classes which last 8 weeks each throughout the school year. They offer four different levels of classes:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- ASL Storytelling
